Restless Leg Syndrome is a clinical complaint of uncomfortable sensations often described as having ants crawl under the skin of arm or legs while at rest. It is worst in the evening and only resolved by movement such as walking. Most patients will also experience intense twitches of muscles in the legs that can disturb the sleep of the patient and bed partner. The study involves evaluating the frequency and intensity of leg twitches and the effects of gabapentin enacarbil ( Horizant) on the leg twitches.
